Keeley Restoration Services is looking for a Branch Manager to join their concrete restoration team in St. Louis, MO.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the concrete restoration branch, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and safety.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks to develop proactive strategies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to contribute to overall company growth and expansion efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or an equivalent combination of education and professional concrete frame project management experience.
- Minimum 7-10 years in a managerial role within the construction industry, specifically in concrete restoration.
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and restoration methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
