Job Description
- Monitor and troubleshoot Informatica MDM system performance, identifying and resolving production issues Manage data quality issues, including data cleansing, deduplication, and validation processes.
- Investigate and address data discrepancies, ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors and implement preventative measures.
- Provide on-call support for critical production incidents outside of regular business hours.
- Collaborate with business users to understand data requirements and identify opportunities for MDM improvement.
- nalyze existing data models and propose enhancements to improve data consistency and accessibility.
- Design and implement new MDM workflows, data cleansing rules, and validation criteria.
- Deep understanding of Informatica MDM concepts, including data quality, data stewardship, data lineage, and data synchronization.
- Expertise in Informatica MDM platform with proficiency in data modeling, data mapping, and data cleansing tools.
- Strong SQL skills to query and manipulate data within the MDM system.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques for extracting data from various sources (IDQ).
- Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM production support and consulting roles.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and resolve production incidents efficiently.
- Excellent understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in data quality improvement initiatives and data cleansing methodologies.
