Role Overview:

We're seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead our Full Stack Product Engineering team and play a central role in shaping the future of our organization. In this role, you'll oversee a team of highly skilled Full Stack Engineers, driving the development and enhancing the user experience across our cutting-edge applications.

As the Engineering Manager, you'll establish the technical and cultural foundation for the team, fostering an environment that is supportive, innovative, and collaborative. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the quality of the features we deliver, the scalability of our systems, and the professional growth of your team members. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams-including Product, Design, and Business-to align technical initiatives with company goals, delivering meaningful solutions that empower people to grow their wealth.

If you're passionate about building high-performing teams, solving complex technical challenges, and creating a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and inspire a team of talented full-stack engineers. Motivate the team to solve hard problems quickly in the uncertain environment of a start up.
  • Working collaboratively but also independently to build the right things. You and your team will play a significant role in deciding what Titan builds and how it builds it. If you just want product to tell you what to do this is not the right role for you.
  • Help the team balance pace and quality. Titan is a start up and we work hard and fast but we also deal with people's money and trust and must always deliver a product that works well.
  • Recruit, grow, and retain top engineering talent across various disciplines to scale the team for future challenges.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise when needed, actively contributing to problem-solving and critical decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of industry experience, including at least 4 years managing engineering teams.
  • Strong product intuition with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Exceptional communication skills, excelling in building scalable solutions and aligning with technical & non-technical stakeholders in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and transforming business challenges into customer-centric, scalable engineering solutions.
  • A proven leader with a track record of growing and guiding high-performing engineering teams in evolving organizational contexts.
  • Passionate about supporting engineers in developing new skills and advancing their careers. You embrace performance discussions as opportunities for growth and understand the critical role constructive feedback plays in fostering professional development.
