About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Concrete Tilt-Up Division in Raleigh, NC. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements are met and that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver projects that exceed client expectations and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Batchelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in tilt-up construction
  • Professional certification in project management, such as PMP or CAPM
  • Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Experience managing projects with budgets over $10 million

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Ensure that all project requirements are met, including quality, safety, and environmental standards
  • Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation strategies

As the Project Manager, you will use your strong project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project. Your ability to identify and manage project risks and issues, and to develop and implement mitigation strategies, will be critical to your success in this role. You will also use your knowledge of project management software to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and to track project progress against key milestones. Finally, your experience in the construction industry and your understanding of construction processes and techniques will be essential to your ability to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
