Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Batchelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in tilt-up construction
- Professional certification in project management, such as PMP or CAPM
- Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Experience managing projects with budgets over $10 million
