We're searching for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Industrial Construction, Materials Handling, or Industrial Machinery. If you're a proactive problem-solver, an organized leader, and technically adept, this role is for you.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Lead and facilitate project meetings-internal and external-through kick-off to project closeout.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to review drawings, documentation packages, and schedules.
  • Monitor technical installations and quickly address any challenges that arise on-site.
  • Evaluate and manage project risks, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Handle client communication with professionalism, including off-hours calls if necessary.
  • Drive purchasing decisions for project components based on bills-of-material and schematics.
  • Ensure any scope changes are approved and documented.


What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction, industrial machinery, or a related technical field
  • Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and budgeting in Excel
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships across teams, customers, and vendors
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to travel, work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
