Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Endpoint Security Technical Program Manager to lead the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of endpoint security tools. This role is pivotal in ensuring the security of on-premises and cloud endpoints, including servers and workstations, against malicious activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical program management experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving security initiatives.
This is a local position based in either West Chester or Philadelphia, offering an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge security solutions with a talented and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment and quarterly upgrade efforts of endpoint security tools, including planning, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Build and maintain program status dashboards, roadmaps, and documentation for future opportunities and issues.
• Serve as the liaison between product management, customers, operations, and development teams.
• Evaluate and implement endpoint security tools to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Manage policy configurations and ensure compliance reporting.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical program/project management.
• Ability to present complex technical and project data to diverse stakeholders, including engineers and executives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance principles.
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools such as Crowdstrike, Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), or osquery.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning software like Qualys or Prisma Cloud.
