What you'll do
The salary forthis role is $140,000.00 - $170,000.00. This is the range that we in good faithanticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We mayultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salaryrange may also be modified in the future.

What you'll do
- Lead and develop team of 3+ employees
- Review, analyze, and evaluate performance of multiple production plants
- Provide strategic recommendations regarding cost savings, and profitability improvement strategies
- Assess, consolidate and present information for decision making processes
- Manage long-term planning activities / processes
- Deliver clear and concise forecasting updates on a regular basis to executive leadership
- Manage and direct stakeholders from operations, finance and business representatives
- Drive and steer financially relevant management processes in line with corporate guidelines
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
- MBA preferred.7+ years' experience in Finance / Controlling
- Advanced cost accounting knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
- Strong knowledge in SAP and Excel
- International work experience (preferred)
