BAE Systems has a job opening for a DevSecOps Engineer. As a key member of the DevSecOps team, the DevSecOps engineer is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Software Engineering application environments across BAE Systems. Most tools are commercial (COTS) or open source.
General support activities include developing and executing installation procedures, application testing, patching, upgrading to ensure compliance with cybersecurity controls and requirements, responding to service desk break/fix tickets and service requests, documenting how-to knowledge articles, and addressing usage questions and documenting changes to the production environment in accordance with internal and DFARS policies and procedures. You will also need to be willing to respond to occasional off-hours outages and take part in subsequent service restoration efforts.

Required Skills and Education
- BS degree and 6+ years' experience with DevSecOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, SonarQube, FlexDeploy
- 6 years experience with scripting languages like Shell, Groovy etc.
Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience with DevSecOps Tooling (Ansible, Jira, Jenkins, or other DevSecOps tooling
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
