Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Key Responsibilities
HR Compliance and Administration:
- Oversee HRIS platform tasks (Oracle HCM and Ceridian Dayforce), including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee profiles.
- Provide guidance on performance management, policy adherence, and legislative compliance.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, conduct investigations, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement engaging training programs and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Create and lead team-building, wellness, and staff appreciation initiatives.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions, emphasizing core values and organizational culture.
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their needs and provide customized HR strategies.
- Serve as a coach and advisor to management, supporting leadership development and people-related challenges.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Guide organizational design, workforce planning, and compensation strategies.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Drive engagement efforts by analyzing survey data, conducting exit interviews, and implementing actionable improvements.
Training and Development:
- Partner on designing and delivering training programs to enhance leadership, interpersonal skills, and company culture.
- Facilitate sales and skills-specific training using interactive and engaging methods.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, tracking progress through robust systems.
- Lead New Hire Orientation sessions (virtual and in-person) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proficient in multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, change management, and performance management.
- Strong coaching and consulting skills, with experience advising at all organizational levels.
- Technologically adept, with advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms and Excel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to deliver training tailored to diverse audiences and individual needs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities.
- Bilingual in French is an asset.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and/or Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.
