Responsibilities:
- Leading and running all agile ceremonies as Scrum Master, for the Engineering organization responsible for development of the product.
- Coordinating all other aspects of the overall project beyond Engineering.
- Working with cross functional teams and ensure planning and superior communications among all organizations such as Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Security, IT/Network and Operations.
- Learn internal project expectations required before a project launch and ensure all those items are completed as necessary.
Requirements:
- The candidate should have experience working as a Scrum Master on agile development teams and all agile ceremonies that entails.
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure and tight timelines
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, accurate and straightforward manner
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Work in the Bridgewater, NJ office once a month or as needed
- US Citizenship required
