We're looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer's agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You'll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities
Participate in the weekly team meetings
Attend at least 4 classes a month at the market center or via Zoom
Host at least 3 open houses a month either with another team member or on your own
Utilize Sierra Internationals to the fullest
Consistent continued efforts to connect with leads provided to you by the team and track all communications, smart plans, etc through Sierra International
Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
Qualifications
Board membership required
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
