PROJECT MANAGER SR. - DIGITAL EXPERIENCE TEAM

The current hiring base salary range for this role is:

$114,537.00/year - $128,853.90/year

UCare anticipates paying within the above-references salary range for this position. The actual base salary offer for this position will be determined by a variety of components including but not limited to work experience, education, certifications, location of the role, internal equity, and other relevant factors.

LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN (Work from Home, Office for Your Day)

Position Description

As a Project Manager Senior - Digital Experience Team (DXT), you will be responsible to lead and manage corporate-level cross-departmental efforts that support the organization's strategic plan, regulatory requirements, new product development, operational initiatives or health care reform. Projects may include evaluation and/or implementation of services, systems, or business process improvement opportunities.
  • Responsible for the successful planning, execution and delivery of efforts using agile methodology.
  • Identify challenges, facilitate solution development and make recommendations to all stakeholders as needed.
  • Communicate progress and barriers to key stakeholders throughout the effort.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and artifacts such as charters, risk registers, issue logs, and other documentation as defined by the PMO.
  • Collaboratively and effectively work with internal and external entities including vendors.
  • Mentor project stakeholders and business, and IT managers who are managing team members within the agile framework.
  • Organize, motivate and provide leadership to cross-functional work teams from all operating areas.
  • Provide recommendation and manage individual projects utilizing multiple methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
  • Support the development of project budgets and cost benefit analyses.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of industry practices, trends, and methodologies.
  • Support business leaders by identifying strategic or operational project opportunities for annual project planning.
  • Build and maintain project management tools, templates, processes and procedures.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.


Education

Bachelor's degree in project management, business or related field preferred; demonstrated work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Experience

Seven or more years demonstrated project management experience. At least three years of experience leading large project teams. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications. In-depth knowledge of various project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Preferred Experience

PMI Certification is strongly preferred. Practical experience in and/or knowledge of health care, managed care, government programs or health plans is strongly preferred. Agile Scrum Master Certification.
