Interra is presently seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join the ranks of its Global Operations Team.
What You'll Do

As Manager of Operations, you will:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of Interra Mexico with authoritative control and precision.
• Oversee order execution and personnel management, ensuring efficiency and collaboration across teams.
• Ensure all shipments are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Conduct audits on orders, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and maintaining contract accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with upper management, other departments, business units, and external vendors to guarantee operational success.
• Play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in management, transportation, international business, supply chain and/or related field
• 3+ years of people management experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in international multi-modal transportation, contract management, or international supply chain.
• Required Language Abilities: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
