Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with heavy construction experience and enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation experience. This role will be responsible for overall project execution. The ideal candidate will manage the project's timeline, budget, and scope, ensuring the system meets our business needs. This role is fast paced working with a company in growth-mode and where digital transformation is a priority.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and define the priorities to support business needs within the ERP and enterprise apps.
• Manager the full lifecycle if the ERP implementation ensuing the project remains within the defined scope, on-budget, and on-schedule.
• Manage production issues, triage, and recommend solutions for long term fixes.
• Create and maintain the project timeline; provide status updates to all involved parties.
• Establish and maintain project controls to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to address those risks.
• Good grasp of Procure to Pay, Order to Delivery, and Order to Cash business cycles.
• Create and modify custom user roles to control access to information in the software.
• Manage the finance group related feature enhancements and new product selection.
• Engage in ERP technology and operational due diligence.

Skills/Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of heavy highway construction experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• ERP implementation experience preferred
• Strong communications skills, adept at conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
• Forward thinking, ability to identify problems and develop a resolution.
• Finance application implementation experience using enterprise apps.
• Strong business acumen, lead and make decisions under pressure.
