Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Wilsonville, Oregon. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting our financial planning and decision-making processes by providing actionable insights and leveraging your analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to drive informed decisions.
• Develop and present financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and assess performance metrics.
• Support budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic planning activities.
• Utilize advanced systems and tools for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities.
• Execute ad-hoc financial analyses to address specific business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst with a strong track record.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office Suite, and financial software tools.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts, corporate finance, and governmental accounting principles.
• Strong strategic planning and data visualization abilities.
• Experience with analytics tools and familiarity with Microsoft Power tools (Power BI, Power Query, etc.) is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
