Job Description

Responsible for the planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis,
specifications development, project planning, project monitoring, and project status reporting
and system implementation of moderate to complex business solutions as it pertains to existing
renewable energy programs and renewable energy programs currently under development.

Required skills:

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Business or Management, Engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or management information systems
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI
• 4-7 years of Demonstrated experience implementing IT/OT enterprise application projects
• 4-7 years of experience in project procurement / RFP development / bid evaluation
• 4-7 years of experience in Demonstrated application of project management techniques, WBS (work breakdown structure) development, and coordination of people and resource
• 4-7 years of experience in Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio, WebEx
• 4-7 years of experience in Proficient in change management methodologies
• 4-7 years of experience in Proficient in presenting to multiple levels within an organization

Preferred skills:

• 3 years of experience in leading projects related to photovoltaics
• 3 years of experience in developing and managing remote teams
• 3 years of experience with utility business practices and relevant business needs
• 3 years of experience with working with a government entity
