Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the procurement and installation of LiveScans statewide.
- Advise agencies on defining and upgrading their LiveScan equipment and network requirements.
- Establish and maintain network connectivity between cloud-based LiveScan servers and agency systems.
- Coordinate network configuration and system integration for seamless connectivity.
- Collaborate with IT suppliers and state technical personnel for system upgrades.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
- Full-time onsite role with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays.
- Advanced computer skills, including PC peripherals and technical network support (5+ Years).
- Expertise in network administration concepts (DHCP, DNS, routers, firewalls) (5+ Years).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues (5+ Years).
- Proven customer relations expertise with exceptional verbal and written communication skills (5+ Years).
- Ability to manage and control multiple projects simultaneously (5+ Years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (5+ Years).
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities (5+ Years).
- Familiarity with network connectivity for cloud-based solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring state and agency systems to integrate with cloud servers.
- Collaborative mindset for working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability in managing state-wide technical projects with precision.
