Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the procurement and installation of LiveScans statewide.
  • Advise agencies on defining and upgrading their LiveScan equipment and network requirements.
  • Establish and maintain network connectivity between cloud-based LiveScan servers and agency systems.
  • Coordinate network configuration and system integration for seamless connectivity.
  • Collaborate with IT suppliers and state technical personnel for system upgrades.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
  • Full-time onsite role with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Advanced computer skills, including PC peripherals and technical network support (5+ Years).
  • Expertise in network administration concepts (DHCP, DNS, routers, firewalls) (5+ Years).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues (5+ Years).
  • Proven customer relations expertise with exceptional verbal and written communication skills (5+ Years).
  • Ability to manage and control multiple projects simultaneously (5+ Years).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (5+ Years).
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities (5+ Years).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Familiarity with network connectivity for cloud-based solutions.
  • Proficiency in configuring state and agency systems to integrate with cloud servers.
  • Collaborative mindset for working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability in managing state-wide technical projects with precision.
