IT Compliance Manager

A manufacturing company is looking to add an IT Compliance Manager to their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and documentation of IT controls, as well as the implementation of policies, procedures, and training to support compliance efforts across the organization.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
• Proven experience in IT compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, CUI, CMMC).
  
• Strong understanding of IT systems, security controls, and compliance requirements.
  
• Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance processes and audits.
  
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
  
• Knowledge of CUI and CMMC compliance standards.
  
• Familiarity with Change Management, ITIL processes, and asset management best practices.

Compensation: $140,000 - 160,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
