We currently have a career opportunity for a Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) Specialist to join our team remotely!

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) Specialist with a strong focus on Transaction Matching to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate and timely account reconciliations, and streamlining transaction matching across our accounting systems.

As an Oracle ARCS Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and managing ARCS, automating the reconciliation process, resolving discrepancies, and delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the reconciliation process and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oracle ARCS Configuration & Management:
    • Set up and maintain ARCS reconciliation templates, rules, and configurations in alignment with organizational needs.
    • Assign reconciliation tasks, ensure proper execution, and track completion for all accounts.
  • Transaction Matching:
    • Lead the implementation and optimization of ARCS Transaction Matching functionality to automate the matching of transactions between the general ledger (GL) and sub-ledger systems.
    • Design and maintain transaction matching rules for both automated and exception-based processes, ensuring accurate matching and reducing manual effort.
    • Resolve unmatched transactions and work with teams to identify root causes of discrepancies.
  • Data Integration & Reporting:
    • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ARCS with other Oracle financial systems (ERP, GL) to ensure seamless data flow.
    • Prepare and generate custom reconciliation reports and dashboards for financial and operational insights.
    • Conduct variance analysis and ensure all discrepancies are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Compliance & Controls:
    • Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory standards throughout the reconciliation process.
    • Monitor reconciliation progress, approvals, and compliance with deadlines to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • User Training & Support:
    • Provide training to internal users on ARCS functionalities, focusing on reconciliation processes, transaction matching, and exception resolution.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for troubleshooting ARCS-related issues and improving system performance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), with a strong focus on Transaction Matching.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring reconciliation templates, transaction matching rules, and reporting tools within ARCS.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials (ERP) or similar financial systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and operational teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support internal users.
  • Knowledge of internal controls, compliance regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other Oracle Cloud Financial modules (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM).
  • Familiarity with data integration and mapping techniques.
  • Certifications related to Oracle Cloud, Accounting, or Financial Reporting.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
