Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Engineer with a strong background in securing cloud environments and expertise in implementing security solutions using tools like Prisma Cloud, AWS, and Azure. The role involves securing cloud infrastructure, managing IaC (Infrastructure as Code), collaborating with development and security teams, and mentoring junior team members on cloud security best practices.
Key Responsibilities

• Secure cloud infrastructure across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments in AWS and Azure.
• Implement security for CloudFormation/Terraform IaC.
• Leverage the AWS Well-Architected Framework and CSP-native tools like Service Control Policies, CloudWatch, Control Tower, and Azure Security Center.
• Deploy and manage Prisma Cloud in various environments such as:
  • ECR/ECS/Fargate
  • OpenShift
  • Docker/Kubernetes
  • Azure DevOps Pipelines
• Collaborate with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and compliance findings.
• Partner with development teams to secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop deployment architecture for agent-based image repository scanning.
• Assist in creating baseline security controls and translating them into Prisma policies.
• Mentor junior team members on Prisma Cloud and cloud security practices.
• Track and escalate unresolved security issues to ensure timely remediation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud or Cloud Security.
• Expertise in CloudFormation/Terraform for IaC security.
• Proficiency in cloud security tools and frameworks in AWS and Azure.
• Advanced knowledge of programming/scripting with Python, YAML, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Prisma Cloud and deploying it in various environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and their security.
• Knowledge of OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and agent-based scanning solutions.

Soft Skills

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue tracking and resolution.
