How You'll Make an ImpactAs a Principal Platform Manager/Product Owner for PeopleCloud Insights, the reporting platform for Epsilon's market leading PeopleCloud platform, you will be part of a larger product team and work closely with various engineering teams delivering enhancements and new product functionality using the latest technology trends. PeopleCloud serves the digital marketing needs of some of the world's most recognizable brands across all verticals, and this role will be responsible for all reporting across this product suite. We're looking for a product owner who can transform market problems into product requirements and deliver reporting solutions that power the successful digital marketing strategies of these leading brands.

What You'll Achieve
  • Act as Product Owner for Epsilon PeopleCloud Insights reporting functionality
  • Drive development roadmap and manage development backlog
  • Lead Feature requirements discovery and develop User Stories in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering
  • Drive and participate in planning and design discussions and document the outcomes and decisions made
  • Drive development teams to deliver maximum business value related to the prioritized features for assigned Service or Feature Set in the platform
  • Work as a liaison between development teams to ensure interfaces are designed to specifications and document any gaps that may come to light
  • Participate in the QA process by understanding the implementation and helping to define test cases based on the user requirements
  • Collaborate with Front End Web Developers, UI/Graphic Designers, UX Designers, and Product Management on feature prioritization, design, and implementation
  • Mentor product owners, junior-level business analysts and software engineers

    • Stakeholder Management and Communication: You have effective communication skills and can successfully interact with various stakeholders, across client, business, and technical topics, and including both internal teams and clients. You can articulate product vision and requirements clearly, manage expectations, and ensure all parties are aligned with the product plans and goals.
    • Expertise in developing client-facing functionality and technology platforms: You possess a sophisticated understanding of matching client needs with our AdTech and MarTech solutions. Leading with data, you guide the team to develop our digital media and technology platforms effectively to meet existing client needs and drive new client acquisition.
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
    • BS in computer science, or equivalent
    • 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Quality Engineering, Development or related experience
    • Ability to own and drive the business outcomes associated with development team deliverables
    • Experience with agile development methodology, preferably at scale
    • Experience leading development teams to deliver quality software, maximizing the value delivered each sprint
    • Experience managing stakeholder expectations
    • Experience managing dependencies across teams and products
    • Experience with data warehousing and database technologies
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay Range:$81,000 - $135,000

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
