Our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group focuses on implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays.

Our WW Sales BPR team is seeking a Store Experience Program Manager to drive our business goals through our technology roadmap. In this position, you will collaborate with senior management and global teams to define processes and drive improvements of the organization. Your main assets will be your curiosity, this position needs to be forward-looking, your understanding of the business context, this effort is directly linked to our sales strategy, and your communication skills to deliver new capabilities that transform process and technology.
We need someone with strong analytical and project management skills to drive the improvement of our customer experience in store. A successful candidate in this role will think broadly, understand deeply, stitch across functions and be able to shape the new offerings and roadmaps. A successful candidate is a self starter and able to work with limited supervision.
