Description
Apple's Corporate Law Group is looking for a Corporate Counsel to support Apple's global entities and expansion. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic, experienced, and highly skilled team on issues impacting Apple's business with a particular focus on corporate governance of legal entities, business expansion, intercompany transactions, post-acquisition integrations, and complex corporate reorganizations.
You will work closely with Apple's Finance department to provide legal support for Tax, Treasury, and other teams, including supporting the global statutory audit process and global Treasury activity.
