Job Overview
Reporting to the Construction Manager, as the Manager, Field Operations you will oversee the daily activities of construction staff. You also ensure projects are completed in an efficient and safe manner, adhering to Qualico's quality standards to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Directing production to assure targets are meet while assuring quality and customer service targets are achieved according to plans and specifications.
- Setting department goals and facilitating company goals through the construction department.
- Inspecting the quality of workmanship and homes while demonstrating full care and enthusiasm.
- Acting as a liaison between the construction and office staff, trades/suppliers, and municipalities.
- Supervising, developing, and providing guidance to all construction site staff while promoting effective communication.
- Working closely with the Warranty department for continual growth in quality and customer service.
- Promoting a safe work environment, and ensuring all parties on-site comply with Qualico's Safety Program and Operational Health & Safety regulations.

Essential Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of site superintendent or field operations experience in Residential Construction industry.
- Knowledge of provincial building codes and basic construction processes.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
