A high-profile single-parent household in Los Angeles is seeking a highly experienced, professional, and flexible rotational nanny to provide dedicated care and support for two boys, ages 11 and 8. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and education. The ideal candidate will have a background in early education, be college-educated, and ideally have teaching experience. The nanny will be responsible for managing daily routines, including school drop-offs, homework assistance, and after-school activity coordination. The role will also include light cooking, organizing, and running errands. Travel may occasionally be required, and the ability to stay overnight when needed is essential. Flexibility and reliability are critical to this role, as schedules may shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Morning Routine: Prepare children for school, including breakfast preparation and school drop-offs.
  • Daily Errands: Grocery shopping, meal prep, and household organizing during school hours.
  • Afternoon Routine: School pick-ups, driving to and from after-school activities, and managing extracurricular schedules.
  • Homework Assistance: Support both boys with homework, focusing on fostering independence and academic success.
  • Light Cooking: Prepare nutritious snacks and dinners for the children.
  • Household Support: Ensure the children's spaces are tidy and organized, manage school-related materials, and oversee the boys' schedules.
  • Travel: Accompany the family on trips if needed.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Education: Early education or teaching background preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of nannying or teaching experience, preferably with school-aged children.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to an annualized base compensation of $100,000- $130,000 annually.
