What does this role look like?
As an Electronics Engineer, you will work on the development of a sophisticated state-of-the-art Avionics product in a world class Integrated Product Development environment.
Key activities you will accomplish in this role:
Develop circuit, board, and electrical subsystem performance and test requirements.
Capture electrical schematics and guide the board layouts.
Work on a cross-functional team in the development and integration of world class avionics systems.
Participate in design reviews, Engineering Material Review Board (EMRB) hardware discrepancy decisions and Failure Review Board (FRB) as required.
Resolve test anomalies and troubleshooting, and generation, review and presentation of Product Certification, and also support system level testing.
We are looking for:
Experience working in the defense, or space industry.
Broad knowledge of electronics and the design process.
Experience with a gated design process- SRR, PDR, CDR, PRR.
Development and negotiating of requirements with customer and system engineering counterparts.
Previous technical lead background and desire to lead an IPT though technical development challenges.
Coaching and mentoring of early career engineers.
Advancing sub-system and electronic package requirements into circuit and FW/SW requirements.
Willing and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus you are a US Citizen.
