The West Midwest (WMW) Sales Management - ATU Manager is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives/Account Technology Strategists across four territories to drive significant business growth and achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include generating immediate business results, fostering a proactive sales team culture, implementing a robust internal Rhythm of Business, coaching sales personnel, leading direct relationships with C-level executives, and expanding business partnerships. The role requires a dynamic leader with experience in the Logistics and Power & Utilities industry, strategic deal strategy, and leveraging digital sales strategies and partner relationships.

Responsibilities:
As a manager in this role, you will be responsible for the following requirements:
- Lead a specialized team of highly talented and experienced Account Executives /Account Technology Strategists of 4 territories focused on achieving significant business growth across the Microsoft enterprise technology portfolio driving $ 190 M+ of annual revenue with potential to achieve $ 250 M + in FY27
- Generate immediate business results while creating the conditions for long-term sustainable success
- Dependable experience in Logistics and Power & Utilities industry, with background in strategic deal strategy, engaging customers across all phases of Horizon 1, 2, 3 methodology and driving long-term success
- Establish and nurture sales team culture that is focused on proactive business development, cohesive teamwork
- Implement a robust internal Rhythm of Business (ROB) that emphasizes "Big Bets" with Executives Sponsor and includes regular reviews, as well as quarterly team huddles to reinforce team identity and drive momentum. Strategic thinking for long-term success and immediate action is essential
- Demonstrate a passion and skill for coaching sales personnel to adapt to change and exceed performance expectations
- Be highly adept at leading direct relationships and sales meetings with CRO, CFO, CIO, and CEO, ensuring successful outcomes
- Possess adependable executive presence to cultivate new and ongoing relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives across customers and partners; a proven ability to influence CXOs to strengthen their partnership with Microsoft is expected. You will often act as a senior leader independently to expand the business

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 6+ years experience in sales,marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
o OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 10+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
o OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience leading teams and/or managers in a Sales organization.
- 4+ years direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience.
