ECS is seeking a Senior Cyber Program Director to work in our Arlington, VA office with the option for routine remote work.

The Senior Cyber Program Director leads a strategic Cyber Security Program in support of our National Security client. The scope of the program includes engineering planning and support services, strategic planning, and mission execution support across a diverse portfolio of Cybersecurity programs. In this role, you will lead a team of 120+ management and cyber security professionals in the delivery of management consulting services and the strategic growth of ECS cyber services and our account.

We are seeking an accomplished, dynamic and creative cybersecurity leader, with experience successfully managing and expanding high impact cyber programs within a dynamic growth-oriented environment. The role requires superior customer skills, from delivery to business development including leadership over contract growth, adjacent work and recompetes. Your ability to develop and maintain credibility and trust and establishing yourself and the team as trusted advisors across the various customer groups will be critical to your success. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of program start-up and program delivery, including operational management of the program team consisting of ECS employees, subcontract staff, and expert product consultants as well as the successful execution of all technical, schedule, cost, and quality performance of this program.

Salary Range: $200,000 - $270,000

  • Experience successfully starting and managing high visibility, high impact Cyber Security projects, esp. for Federal government customers, including adherence to technical, schedule, and cost parameters.
  • Demonstrated aptitude and experience with complex problem solving, including 'hands-on' participation driving teams and customers to success.
  • Proven experience in risk management and compliance, with a strong track record of ensuring the delivery of high-quality services while meeting regulatory requirements and identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful program execution.
  • Expertise in strategic planning / consulting services for a large, federal customer including creating and driving customer and project/program vision.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional, matrixed teams to effectively achieve project outcomes in a dynamic, agile environment.
  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks ensuring successful program execution.
  • PMP certification and Active Top Secret Clearance.
