AI Solutions Architect

General Responsibility:

As an AI Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and development of agentic AI solutions for Surgere that exhibit high autonomy, adaptiveness, and goal-oriented behaviors. You will focus on creating AI systems that not only process data but also make informed decisions to solve complex problems dynamically. This role is central to driving innovation and integrating agentic AI systems that align with both business objectives and user needs.

Job Duties:

AI Agent Design and Deployment:

• Develop and refine AI architectures that enable agentic capabilities, focusing on autonomous decision-making and self-improvement mechanisms
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level, scalable full-stack applications that support real-time data analysis and visualization and leverage AI design components.
• Design and implement MLOps processes to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Create human-in-the-loop systems for model training and evaluation across text and image data
• Optimize AI/ML pipelines for performance and scalability

Technology Leadership:

• Lead the collection and analysis of requirements for AI-based solutions, ensuring high availability and performance for data-centric applications.
• Ensure that AI solutions integrate seamlessly with existing software systems, databases, and IT infrastructure, maintaining scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback, demonstrate solutions, and enhance agent capabilities.
• Expand application capabilities to include mobile platforms (iOS and Android) if needed.
• Stay current with advancements in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and similar fields to incorporate cutting-edge methods into AI solutions

Performance Reporting and Optimization:

• Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimization for efficiency, scalability, and robustness.
• Generate reports to track AI performance and inform decision-making.
• Document AI processes, models, and outcomes for future reference and knowledge transfer.
• Support documentation efforts for continuity and compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 4 - 6 Years of experience preferred in a relevant technical field, with a focus on project involvement and technical expertise.
• AI Agent Development: proven experience in designing, deploying, and scaling AI Agents tailored to specific use cases.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (CoPilot, Azure Fabric) and programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
• Deep understanding of agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, and adaptive AI systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Data Analysis and SQL: Skilled in SQL and data analysis to drive data driven insights.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-agent systems leveraging Microsoft's AI technology stack.
• Knowledge of regulatory and ethical considerations in AI, especially for autonomous systems.
