Architectural Design Manager

We are seeking an Architectural Design Manager to lead a team of professionals in ensuring that retail partner store designs reflect the highest standards of a luxury brand. This hybrid position is based at our Long Island facility and includes up to 30% travel across the U.S. The ideal candidate will bring a strong architectural background, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of luxury environments.

Required Skills

• A Master's degree in Architecture.
  
• 10+ years of experience designing high-end luxury spaces (e.g., retail, hospitality, or beauty).
  
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Rhino.
  
• Demonstrated managerial and project management experience.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing architectural store or floor planning, creative design, and hand-sketching skills.
  
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in luxury retail design and maintaining brand identity.
  
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com and Airtable.
  
• Knowledge of architectural theory and best practices for high-end spaces.
  
• Experience in thought leadership and team mentorship.
  
• Ability to manage client relations and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
