Identifying and documenting the necessary data interactions / mappings between source and target data elements. Your expertise in Data Modeling, Snowflake, and SQL will be crucial in driving the success of our projects. Technical expertise regarding data models and database design development. Understanding of XML and SQL. Ability to understand complex Business Processes and their relationships. Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Experience with data models and logical access paths. Strong Analytical and problem solving skills. Must have good communication, facilitation skills (oral & written) to effectively communicate ideas, decisions and processes, and develop documentation for various user communities. Must be a strong team player to work across different teams within the organization. This Role will be responsible for providing data mapping services between various data sources. Identifying and documenting the necessary data interactions / mappings between source and target data elements. The role will also participate in the design / implementation of necessary data models for the project. Interpret data and develop data translation mapping documents between various data sources. Thoroughly document data relationships. Maintain and update data mapping rules and templates. Thoroughly understand data relationships between legacy source systems. Assist the Testing teams to ensure that requirements and specifications are captured in testing plans and scripts. Troubleshoot and resolve data issues / questions with the development and testing teams.
