This position is 100% remote based in the USA.

Your mission

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: in key target industries to build a robust sales pipeline meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify, research, and engage new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
  • Define and Execute: Yourspecific sales strategy from end to end to gain new customers and grow 1NCE market share.
  • Act on Opportunities and Drive Fast Sales Cycle: Identify and respond to new sales opportunities with urgency and focus, maintaining momentum throughout the sales process.
  • Prioritize Effectively: Manage your pipeline with a keen sense of which opportunities need immediate attention to close deals efficiently.
  • Solution Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer pain points, business requirements, and technological landscape. Provide tailored IoT solutions that meet their needs.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders within enterprise accounts to understand their business needs and position IoT solutions effectively.
  • Maintain customer focus: Consistently prioritize customer needs in all interactions and activities, actively striving to position the brand (1NCE) as the leading provider of IoT connectivity.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of our IoT solutions, products, and services, as well as an understanding of competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate to Expedite Processes: Work closely with back-office support and fulfillment teams to streamline processes and ensure a quick and seamless experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure that customer requirements are accurately translated into our IoT offerings and delivery.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to continuously enhance sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate Internationally: Interact with the international team to align efforts and achieve regional targets.
  • Collaborate with the international team: Work closely with the international team to achieve regional and personal goals, emphasizing close teamwork, effective communication, and coordination within the team.

Your skills

  • Consultative Sales Experience: Possess at least five years of relevant work experience in consultative sales and direct sales within the IoT market, with a robust network of contacts.
  • Telecommunication Sector Interest: Deeply interested in the telecommunication sector with successful experience in this dynamic industry.
  • IoT Solutions Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of IoT solutions and an in-depth knowledge of different IoT verticals and relevant clients.
  • Passion for High-Growth: Have a passion for working with an experienced and motivated leadership team focused on creating a high-growth company in a short timeframe.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Showcase a proven track record in sales, particularly in customer acquisition.
  • Partnership Development: Capable of developing relationships with industry partners and effectively educating them on 1NCE's offerings.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and be an open-minded and committed team player.
  • Autonomous Work: Capable of working autonomously with a focus on set targets and a willingness to travel frequently.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on IoT, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT technologies, platforms, and trends is required. Experience in fields like cloud computing, connectivity, sensors, or data analytics is a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas, with a demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong customer focus and a consultative approach to understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome objections and find creative solutions to drive sales.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • First meeting with Recruiter to align on position details
  • Second meeting with Line Manager to have more in-depth discussion
  • Third meeting with our CSMO, as the final step of the process
