We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Change Management Specialist to lead and oversee the change management efforts associated with the release of our new product. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of the product by coordinating strategies, communications, training, and engagement efforts to align with business goals.

The base salary range for this position is $98,872- $148,308, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Change Management Specialist to lead and oversee the change management efforts associated with the release of our new product. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of the product by coordinating strategies, communications, training, and engagement efforts to align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies for product release to enhance user adoption and minimize resistance.
- Conduct change impact analyses to understand stakeholder needs and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership to define project success metrics and track progress.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their alignment with and support for change initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, product teams, and end-users to address concerns and feedback.
Communication Planning:
- Develop and execute communication plans to inform and educate stakeholders about the product release, timelines, and benefits.
- Create clear, concise, and tailored communication materials (emails, presentations, FAQs, etc.) to meet diverse audience needs.
Training and Support:
- Develop and oversee the delivery of training programs to ensure stakeholders understand and can effectively use the new product.
- Collaborate with training teams to design materials, workshops, and resources.
Resistance Management:
- Identify potential resistance points and develop strategies to address and mitigate them proactively.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders to help them guide their teams through the change process.
- Performance and Feedback Monitoring:
- Establish mechanisms to gather feedback from stakeholders and users post-launch.
- Monitor change adoption and product utilization, identifying areas for additional support or adjustment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
- Proven expertise in leading change management initiatives for product launches or large-scale transformations.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and develop data-driven solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in agile environments or familiarity with software development processes.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., CCMP, Prosci) is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Trello).
