The outreach professional titled, Director of Clinical Partnerships, represents a national leader in mental health and promotes a full continuum of care.
The Director of Clinical Partnerships (DCP) is responsible for developing and maintaining referral partnerships to achieve and exceed program enrollment goals. This role involves leading sales, marketing, and outreach efforts within a designated territory while collaborating with admissions, marketing, and program operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. The DCP engages in strategic relationship-building with hospitals, mental health professionals, schools, and other organizations through various outreach activities, including events, presentations, and networking.
This position requires exceptional communication, presentation, and networking skills, along with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce. The DCP must stay current on mental health trends and research, field inquiries from prospective clients, and work closely with admissions to assess and convert leads into program participants. Frequent travel within the territory is required to foster and maintain relationships with referral partners.

- Develop and sustain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, mental health professionals, treatment organizations, schools, and community-based organizations.
- Position yourself as a trusted mental health placement expert in the community.
- Activity Standards
- Maintain weekly outreach activity standards to ensure consistent engagement and pipeline growth
- Admissions and Referral Coordination
- Collaborate with admissions and referral partners to meet quarterly admissions goals provided by the Regional Vice President.
- Field inquiries from parents and referral sources, offering expert guidance and support.
- Outreach Planning and Documentation
- Document target referral accounts in a strategic outreach plan and track engagement progress.
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive resource list to support clinic operations and referral activities.
- Professional Engagement
- Attend conferences and professional development events to stay informed about industry trends and expand referral networks.
- Travel to other treatment programs as needed to foster relationships and enhance knowledge sharing.
- Brand and Messaging Support
- Assist the program with brand messaging, ensuring consistent and compelling communication with stakeholders.
- Team Participation
- Actively participate in weekly DCP meetings with video presence to collaborate and align on strategies.
