Description:

  • Direct total hotel revenue strategies to drive/maximize RevPAR through effective use of hotel revenue systems both brand based and third party
  • Responsible for all revenue strategy/revenue management functions for a smaller portfolio of hotels located in the Eastern United States
  • Develop and recommend transient rate strategies to optimize mix of business through all revenue channels including market pricing, system restrictions and trend analysis
  • Monitor and adjust group pricing, preferred patterns and need periods
  • Analyze market data and demand generators to provide recommendations for optimal revenue performance
  • Provide ongoing revenue management training for on-property teams
  • Facilitate weekly revenue strategy meeting
  • Collaborate with Digital Strategy team to ensure all distribution channels have correct content and pricing
  • Forecast transient segments accurately on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis


  • Hybrid position based in the Northeast
  • Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zones
  • Knowledge of either Downtown Boston or Washington DC preferred
  • 3 years previous experience in including multi-property/multi-market role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be certified in GRO and One Yield v2
  • Previous recent Hilton & Marriott Full Serice products experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with presenting to Ownership
  • Work successfully with proactive sales teams
  • Travel required
