Become an integral part of a dynamic, growing Survey team, specializing in the newest surveying technologies. French & Parrello Associates is based out of Wall, New Jersey.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience leading a group in a professional setting is preferred.
  • Possess a reasonable amount of technical proficiency.
  • Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD 3D and the ability to work with DTM surfaces.
  • Experienced in boundary resolution and ALTA Surveys.
  • Surveyor-in-Training (SIT) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.
  • Experience with Deltek-Vison is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with people.
  • Candidate must be organized, self- motivated, and require minimal supervision and a good communicator.
  • Ability to manage field crews and survey technicians.
  • Minimum (8) years' experience.
  • Experience with robotic total stations, GPS, leveling, field procedures, boundary analysis and resolution.
  • Manage projects to be delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Must have flexibility in daily schedule start times, particularly early mornings.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute work plan and monitor staffing requirements for projects.
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing staff.
  • Lead staff and provide them with a clear explanation of the scope.
  • Develop reports from accounting software to provide accurate project reporting.
  • Manage scope, budget, and QA/QC for assigned project duties.
  • Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency.
  • Review performance data (financial, budgets, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.
  • Serve as Company representative at meetings and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Exhibits thorough understanding of offered SAM services.
  • Ability to craft proposals and change orders.
  • Review contracts / proposals and Project Master files for completeness and accuracy to open Alert the appropriate parties of any billing issues that need to be addressed.
