Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Property Managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance and retention.
- Establish clear performance goals and regularly evaluate team members against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Client Relations & Account Management:
- Serve as the senior point of contact for client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Support Property Managers in addressing client concerns, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining WRMC's commitment to stewardship.
- Attend client meetings, including board and annual meetings, as needed to provide leadership presence and guidance.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with WRMC standards for reporting, operations, and best practices.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the portfolio to enhance service delivery.
- Manage the successful onboarding and transition of new clients, providing direct management during the transition phase to establish strong operational foundations.
- Change Management & Growth Support:
- Lead change management initiatives to support WRMC's growth, aligning teams with organizational goals and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Partner with senior leadership to implement innovative solutions that address operational challenges and improve client outcomes.
- Time Management & Multimarket Support:
- Effectively manage priorities and allocate time to support both virtual and in-person team needs across multiple markets.
- Travel as necessary to provide on-site leadership, support, and training for remote teams and properties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong focus on coaching and development.
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and operational oversight.
- Experience driving change and managing transitions in a growing organization.
