Asa Customer Support Management Professional here at Honeywell, you will beresponsible for managing and overseeing the customer support operations for ourIndustrial Automation business unit. You will play a critical role in ensuringcustomer satisfaction, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement inour customer support processes.

You will report directly to our Customer Support Manager and you'll work out ofour Nebraska City, NE location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our business byproviding exceptional customer support and driving customer loyalty. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, resolvetechnical issues, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of support services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plans, conducts and supervises assignments generally involving larger and more complex projects or customers.
  • Manages the operational business relationship with large domestic accounts; serves on the account team.
  • Conducts and reviews highly complex operational analysis.
  • Acts as a point of escalation and collaborates with other functions to drive resolution of operational issues of high complexity, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
  • Represents the customer/partner needs and provides business requirements to projects of high complexity.
  • Prepares and runs operational performance reviews with the customer/partner and supports improvement plans.
  • Consults and provides guidance on operational matters of medium complexity to internal clients at peer levels and above.
  • Proactively communicates operational process changes to customers/partners and internal clients, active involvement in the implementation phase.
  • Participate in customer sales strategy meetings, client visits.

  • Able to take initiative in resolving problems independently and handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related discipline plus 4 to 7 years directly related experience, 3 years of which must have been in responsible leadership position
  • Experience in a multi discipline team
  • Experience in reviewing and redesigning of processes
  • Good understanding and operational experience to drive a One-Honeywell approach
