Position Summary:
We're searching for a dynamic, highly motivated Senior Account Executive to help us scale our business. Your top priority will be building the business case for making a quantifiable impact on our clients' businesses through a consultative sales process that proves the value of our solution.
To be successful, you will need to thrive in a high-performance sales culture, have a track record of over-quota achievement and have grown an impressive pipeline of business as a result of strategic prospecting, creativity and grit. You also must have experience navigating through complex organizations and selling to multiple decision makers, including the "C Suite". We want you to learn and grow at W2G, to try new things and to take chances. This role is for the Senior AE that not only wants to directly impact the revenue growth for W2G but also create their own path to success!

Responsibilities:
- Generate demand via targeted prospecting/ Account-based selling for assigned customer tier
- Work collaboratively cross-functionally, ensuring that opportunity strategy is communicated and understood by all support staff
- Challenge prospective clients or the industry's perception of the status quo
- Lead the entire sales cycle while building consensus within an account to facilitate a net new sale
- Execute- and lead others to execute- flawlessly even in conditions of ambiguity as Ware2Go grows
- Prospect, qualify and develop a robust sales pipeline
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for revenue objectives
- Facilitate buy-in with various executive-level stakeholders
- Conduct discovery to uncover needs of the customer
- Articulate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
Required Qualifications:
- Supply Chain / Logistics Experience
- BS or graduate degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or logistics/supply chain management
- 10+ years with a proven record of managing strategic accounts end-to-end by understanding customer's business needs and maintaining a quota of at least $3M annually
- Strategic - organizes thinking within an analytical framework to solve complex problems
- Proven track record of cultivating relationships with and selling into C-Suite clients
- Ability to collaborate across functions to drive successful results and internal relationships
- Continual learner, always looking to improve yourself, your skill-set and your team
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both with customers and within an organization
- A consultative and solution/value selling approach to closing new business.
