Some of your responsibilities include the following:
- Provide Commissioning and Construction Administrative including engineering and technical support on ongoing projects
- Review designs and lead and direct onsite commissioning activities, including technical documentation and contractual requirements
- Ensure all aspect of construction project are designed, installed, tested and maintained
- Prepare and maintain commission records of site observations, testing processes and checklist
- Assist with identification and addressing of commissioning and construction MEPFP system operational issues. Responsibilities include development of Commissioning Plans, specifications and finial Commissioning Report.
- Track and review progress, compile reports
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Troubleshoot technical MEPFP related issues
- MEP Background
- The ability to manage a project from "Cradle to Grave".
- The ability to act as a liaison between Vanderweil Engineers (PIC, Project Manager and engineers), end client(owner) and contractor (including subcontractors)
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 8 Years plus experience in related field (including on-site construction experience is required).
- PE, CX, and LEED Certification is desirable
- Strong analytical ability and writing skills necessary
- An understanding of HVAC controls
- Leadership experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Position will travel 25% of the time
- MEPFP design and construction experience is required
