We're looking for an iOS SDK Engineer to:

• Integrate and optimize manufacturers' SDKs and APIs to enable seamless interactions with smart devices.
• Design, build, and maintain iOS SDKs that simplify the process for developers integrating smart building technology into their applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug APIs to ensure smooth communication between third-party manufacturers' tools and the platform.
• Collaborate closely with an Android developer to ensure iOS and Android SDKs deliver consistent functionality and achieve parallel progress in mobile development.
• Contribute to automation pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and SDK documentation to support scaling and maintainability.
• Enhance platform capabilities to help developers build innovative solutions for smart buildings.

What you'll need:

• 4+ years of iOS development experience, with a strong focus on Swift and SDK integration.
• Proven experience working with third-party SDKs and APIs, especially for hardware integration or IoT devices.
• Expertise in iOS packaging tools like CocoaPods, Carthage, or Swift Package Manager.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with API troubleshooting and backend tools for debugging (e.g., Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL).
• A strong understanding of mobile architecture, modular design, and plugin systems.
• Curiosity and autonomy, with a demonstrated ability to move fast and iterate on solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with BLE/Bluetooth or NFC (not required but advantageous).
• Exposure to dynamic frameworks, fat binaries, or advanced iOS runtime concepts.
