What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with EPIC Health's mission and long-term vision.

Operational Oversight
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Financial Management
  • Develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue streams.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement while maintaining quality standards.

Quality and Performance Improvement
  • Lead initiatives to monitor and improve the quality of healthcare services, patient outcomes, and safety measures.
  • Implement performance metrics and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.

Team Development
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting professional development and engagement.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, clinical staff, administrators, and external partners.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and operational success.

Technology Integration
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations in healthcare technology.

Risk Management
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's reputation and assets.

What You Bring

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with progressive leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.

Skills and Competencies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in leading teams and managing complex projects in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred
  • Certification in Healthcare Administration (e.g., Certified Healthcare Executive, Certified Medical Practice Executive).
  • Experience managing multi-location healthcare facilities or large-scale operations.
