What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with EPIC Health's mission and long-term vision.
Operational Oversight
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue streams.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement while maintaining quality standards.
Quality and Performance Improvement
- Lead initiatives to monitor and improve the quality of healthcare services, patient outcomes, and safety measures.
- Implement performance metrics and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.
Team Development
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting professional development and engagement.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with physicians, clinical staff, administrators, and external partners.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and operational success.
Technology Integration
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and innovations in healthcare technology.
Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's reputation and assets.
What You Bring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with progressive leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven success in leading teams and managing complex projects in a healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
- Certification in Healthcare Administration (e.g., Certified Healthcare Executive, Certified Medical Practice Executive).
- Experience managing multi-location healthcare facilities or large-scale operations.
