Unicorn SaaS company is looking for a strategic Senior Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is a great opportunity to join a well-known company with an inspiring leadership team and be a right hand to the CEO. As an operational partner the CEO, you'll manage the Executive's day-to-day while also leading strategic projects and operational initiatives to support the organization. Someone with strong project management skills, who will maintain a pulse on the organization, and has a high EQ. Must have proven experience in supporting CEO's through a high-growth phase in a startup environment. This is a hybrid role, San Francisco preferred with willingness to travel as needed. 200-240K+ DOE + equity, amazing health benefits, 401k with matching, unlimited PTO, and other great perks!

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic administrative and organizational support to the CEO.
  • Proactively manage the Executive's complex calendars, arrange meetings, and schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate a high volume of domestic and international travel. Create detailed itineraries to ensure seamless travel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing email communications. Prepare written responses on behalf of the Executive, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate many areas of cross-functional communication.
  • Provide meeting preparation and support for the CEO to run effective meetings. Drive agendas, take notes, create action items and track deliverables.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for investor and board meetings, including agendas, presentations, and general flow, to guarantee each meeting's success.
  • Expertly manage projects such as QBR planning, customer conference logistics, etc.
  • Produce key communications for the Executive including, presentations, updates, and other correspondence.
  • Eliminate obstacles that prevent the Executive from operating efficiently. Proactively and independently solve problems, manage resources, and ensure tasks and assignments are completed on time.
  • Plan and manage logistics for company events, offsites, and meetings.
  • Process expense reports and receipts.
  • Light personal assistant support (less than 10%) as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Experience in start-up environments with a focus on scaling operations and supporting executives through hyper-growth phases.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules, priorities, and operational initiatives independently.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to streamline processes, maximize executive efficiency, and maintain predictable operational rhythms.
  • High EQ with the ability to navigate sensitive situations and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional communication style.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a forward-thinking approach to anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
  • Adaptable and capable of shifting gears quickly as priorities evolve.
  • Comfortable managing a mix of professional and minor personal assistant tasks with flexibility and discretion.
  • Thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with a low-ego, high-intensity work ethic.
