Description:
GeoXO Systems Engineering Support.
-In-person support at a Facility in Highlands Ranch Colorado is preferred 2 days a week.
TASK 1:1: (Systems Engineering Planning Support):
-The Contractor shall support Systems Engineering planning of Specification development, verification, validation, and modeling and analysis for Design Integration, Reliability, and EMI/EMC engineering disciplines.
TASK 1:2: (Inputs for Orbital Debris Assessment Report (ODAR) and End of Mission Plan (EOMP)):
-The Contractor shall provide the information necessary to develop the ODAR and the EOMP per the SCMAR.
-The PDR Inputs for Orbital Debris Assessment Report inputs shall identify areas where the spacecraft might contribute debris and to assess this contribution relative to the guidelines.
-Prior to CDR a subsequent Inputs for Orbital Debris Assessment Report shall comment on changes made since the PDR report.
-The level of detail in the Inputs for Orbital Debris Assessment Report shall be consistent with the available information of design and operations.
-For design changes after CDR that impact the potential for debris generation, the Contractor shall provide Inputs/data to support an update of the Inputs for Orbital Debris Assessment Report.
Task 1:3: (EMI/EMC Engineering Support):
The Contractor shall support CREO CAD model and Engineering integration maturation to a PDR then CDR level.
-The Contractor will support completion of EMI/EMC System specifications inclusive of requirements verification and flow down, and validation planning.
- The Contractor will support review of componment specifications.
- The Contractor will support maturation of the Electromagnetic Interference (EMI)/Electromagnetic Compatiblity (EMC) Plan.
-The Contractor will support maturation of the On-Orbit Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) Control and Verification Plan.
-The Contractor will support Subsystem and System PDR and CDR reviews.
TASK 1:4: (Reliability Engineering Support):
-The Contractor will support maturation of the Reliability program plan.
-The Contractor will support Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Critical Items List (CIL).
-The Contractor will support generation of the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) Report.
-The Contractor will support generation of the Parts Stress Analysis Report.
-The Contractor will support generation of the Worst-Case Analysis Report.
-The Contractor will support development of the Limited Life Items List (LLIL).
-The Contractor will support the Reliability Assessments and Predictions.
-The Contractor will support Subsystem and System PDR and CDR reviews.
TASK 1:5: (Survivability Engineering Support):
-The Contractor will support maturation of the Radiation Effects Control Plan.
-The Contracotor will support radiation modeling and analysis.
-The Contractor will support Subsystem and System PDR and CDR reviews.
