Qualifications and Details about the Position
Description:
Manages and fulfills Project Controls objectives and deliverables for multiple projects in varying size, duration, and stages of progress
Key Responsibilities:
Develops, prepares, and issues Project Controls deliverables
Manages budgets and forecasts
Oversees schedule deliverables
Analyzes cost and schedule performance
Works with site team to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Provides supervision to Project Controls team
Communicates issues to Site Manager
Works with client to ensure Project Controls expectations are met
Skills and Capabilities:
Advanced Excel skills
Proficient in Primavera P6
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
Four (4) year degree plus 10 years experience or Fourteen (14) years relevant experience
Refinery or similar Project Controls experience
Experienced in managing and preparing Project Controls for multiple projects in various stages of progress
Experienced in understanding all aspects of Project Controls, including budget management, cost reporting, progress management and scheduling
Capital Project experience
