We are currently seeking for "OIC Principal/ Sr. Principal Consultant" position to join our Managed Services team,

Experience: 10-15 years

Locations: Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Pune

Job Responsibilities:
  • Experience in Oracle SOA is required.
  • Experience in OIC implementation project is good to have.
  • Experience in handling multiple support account is preferred.
  • Review design, functional, technical and/or user documentation, as needed.
  • Collaboration with end-system counterparts and other team members to ensure smooth & successful testing.
  • Preparation of documentation. Artifacts like MD70, MD120, knowledge repository, Issue Fixes, as needed.
  • Provide inputs and recommendations for best practices.
  • Ability to work independently or with a group.
  • Taking lead on projects, as needed.
  • Will be involved in Practice building, implementations, and support functions of Oracle SOA (Oracle BPEL, Oracle OSB) & Oracle Integration Cloud activities.

Service Management:
Monitoring and managing integration support functions to ensure optimal service Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary.
Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes and creating strategies for service delivery optimization.

Performance and Quality Management:
Recommending methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments Handling multiple customer accounts.

Technical Perception:
Supervising integration consultants to facilitate continual improvements in the environment Collaborating with technical design teams to set standards for software, hardware, and security. Making sure that updates and patches are applied effectively and promptly Enabling high-level performance benchmarks for Meeting Support SLAs Executing technical strategies for delivery optimization.

Work timings:
Should be flexible with work timings. Should be willing to support teams on weekends (when needed) towards resolution of important issues. Skill Set
  • Should have 4-6 Years of strong Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge and experience on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and RESTful services.
  • Experience and understanding of web services and XML technologies like XML, XSLT, SOAP, JSON, Java, SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Understanding of XML schemas and transformations like XSD / XPATH / XQUERY.
  • Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot, and support complex system customizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Basic Knowledge on Oracle Infrastructure Cloud.
  • Monitoring Oracle OIC Instances.
  • Ability to multi-task and priorities across concurrent workload may be required.
  • Good problem-solving skills & Attention to details.

Good To Have
  • Knowledge of JIRA.
  • Managing servers/platform maintenance.
  • Oracle Implementation Certifications.
  • Knowledge with Programming Language like JavaScript, PLSQL.
