Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will play a key role in financial and operational analysis, bridging the gap between basic bookkeeping and higher-level financial strategy. Reporting to senior leadership, this individual will collaborate closely with the Bookkeeper, Procurement team, and the President to analyze financial data, optimize costs, and improve profitability. This role requires a hands-on professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is willing to take on tasks at all levels. The position offers opportunities for growth and involvement in strategic initiatives, including system implementation and process improvement.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  
• Experience with cost analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and cost of goods sold.
  
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with inventory management and invoicing processes.
  
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly new implementations (e.g., WorkBoss).
  
• Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,00
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
