Sommaire du poste

Dans le cadre de l'industrialisation du programme avion A220 avec notre partenaire/client (Airbus Canada), le " Responsable Technique Calcul Fuselage Arrire A220 " assumera un rle de leadership technique auprs des analystes en calcul pour tous les projets ayant trait la structure du fuselage arrire de l'A220. Cette dernire tant une structure primaire hybride contenant de la structure mtallique ainsi que composite, le responsable technique fuselage arrire A220 sera amen guider des calculateurs de structure dans leurs responsabilits techniques. Il peut dans ses fonctions, entre autres, tre amen superviser techniquement des analystes, grer des priorits, faire des estimations de temps requis pour des projets, prsenter des plans et des rsultats au management, agir comme autorit technique pour l'approbation de rapports de certification de structure. Il se rapporte directement au Responsable d'quipe Calcul A220.

Responsabilits

• S'assurer que le primtre technique est bien respect selon les exigences clients, les besoins du programme et les requis manufacturiers ;
• Participer aux analyses de contraintes de la structure primaire, structure secondaire et des installations des systmes dans son primtre :

• Prendre les dcisions techniques relies l'Analyse de contrainte de la structure primaire;
• Prendre les dcisions techniques pour les supports fixes et supports mobiles;
• Prendre les dcisions techniques pour toutes les installations systmes qui lui sont affectes;
• Dvelopper et vrifier des plans de tests avec les laboratoires. Vrifier les rapports de tests et analyser les rsultats.

• Prparer les principaux livrables techniques et assurer la conformit des livrables techniques suivant les exigences d'Airbus Atlantic et celles du client;
• Fournir la visibilit sur le primtre technique sa hirarchie et au programme (synthses techniques, tat d'avancement technique, identification des risques techniques);
• Participer l'analyse et l'implmentation des changements avec le programme, la chane d'approvisionnement, la production et les clients;
• Prparer les analyses d'impact d'incorporation des changements;
• Assurer l'interface technique vis--vis de son homologue chez le client;
• Intervenir et donner son expertise pour rsoudre les problmes de non conformits de pices et des problmes de ligne de montage;
• Analyse des problmes complexes, organiser des enqutes et des expriences pour trouver les causes racines et recommander des solutions;
• Proposer des solutions aux problmes inhabituels et approuver les analyses de calcul en collaboration avec l'autorit technique ;
• laborer des plans d'implmentation de changements dans son primtre d'expertise court, moyen et long terme ;
• Dfinir les plans et coordonne les activits des calculateurs qui lui sont attribus selon les projets en cours.

PROFIL RECHERCH

• Baccalaurat/Maitrise (ou quivalent) en Ingnierie mcanique, ou aronautique;
• Avoir un minimum de 10 ans d'exprience en analyse de contrainte d'arostructure;
• Connaissances en calcul de structure primaire mtallique et composite, structure secondaire et installations de systmes;
• Connaissance des processus et mthodes de calcul aronautique (Processus et Mthodes AIRBUS Atlantic, BOMBARDIER, AIRBUS Canada);
• Avoir une bonne matrise de Catia/Enovia, NASTRAN, PATRAN;
• Exprience en Calcul de pices tles et machines;
• Exprience en Calcul de pices composites;
• Connaissance des rgles de gestion de configuration;
• Connaissance/sensibilisation au tolrancement (GD&T);
• Possde une bonne comptence en communication crite et orale;
• Bilingue Anglais / Franais (verbal et crit)

Technical Structural Stress Lead - A220 Aft Fuselage

Our Airbus Atlantic site based in Mirabel is looking for its future : Technical Structural Stress Lead - A220 Aft Fuselage.

Position Overview

As part of the A220 aircraft program's industrialization, in collaboration with our partner/customer (Airbus Canada), the primary role of the Technical Structural Stress Lead - A220 Aft Fuselage is to assume a leadership role in guiding analysts specializing in structural calculations for all projects related to the A220 aft fuselage structure.
The A220 aft fuselage is a hybrid primary structure combining both metallic and composite materials. The Stress Lead will be responsible for providing technical guidance to structural analysts, ensuring the successful delivery of analyses while overseeing technical priorities and providing strategic input. Key responsibilities include technically supervising analysts, managing priorities, estimating project timelines, presenting plans and results to management, and acting as the technical authority for approving structural certification reports. This role reports directly to the A220 Stress Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Participate in stress analysis for the primary structure, secondary structure, and system installations within their scope :
  
  • Make technical decisions related to the stress analysis of the primary structure;
  • Make technical decisions for fixed and movable supports;
  • Make technical decisions for system installations;
  • Develop and verify test plans with laboratories. Review test reports and analyze results;
• Ensure that the technical scope is respected according to client requirements, program needs, and manufacturing specifications;
• Prepare key technical deliverables and ensure the compliance of these deliverables with the requirements of Airbus Atlantic and the client;
• Provide visibility on the technical scope to their management and the program (technical summaries, technical progress status, identification of technical risks);
• Participate in the analysis and implementation of product changes with the program, supply chain, production, and clients;
• Prepare impact analyses for the incorporation of changes;
• Ensure technical interface with their counterpart at the client;
• Intervene and provide expertise to resolve; non-conformity issues with parts and assembly line issues;
• Analyze complex problems, organize investigations and experiments to find root causes, and recommend solutions;
• Propose solutions to unusual problems and approve calculation analyses in collaboration with the Technical Authorities;
• Develop implementation plans for product changes within their area of expertise in the short, medium, and long term;
• Define plans and coordinate the team's activities according to ongoing projects.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in stress analysis of aerostructures;
• Knowledge in stress calculations of primary metallic and composite structures, secondary structures, and system installations;
• Familiarity with aerospace calculation processes and methods (AIRBUS Atlantic, BOMBARDIER, AIRBUS Canada);
• Proficiency in Catia/Enovia, NASTRAN, PATRAN;
• Experience in calculations of sheet metal and machined parts;
• Experience in calculations of composite parts;
• Knowledge of configuration management rules;
• Awareness/sensitivity to tolerancing (GD&T);
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written).
