Summary/Objective:

The A&D and Supplier Sales Rep plays a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and project success within Wilson Partitions. The A&D and Supplier Sales Rep builds on the foundation of successful complex customer projects, proactive technical support, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, engineering, and operations. As a pivotal team member reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will play a crucial role in implementing Wilson/ Arcadia's both short- and long-term comprehensive market strategies.

Job Requirements:
Travel throughout assigned region to call on regular and prospective customers including Architects, Designers, Developers & Subcontractors. Requiring 3-5 Calls per day with a minimum of 15-20 per week.
Develops relationships with Glaziers, Commercial Door Distributors, Architectural firms, Design firms and drive specification company products.
Manage the architectural and design specification process and be responsible for specifications generated through the territory Locally, Nationally, or Globally
Pursue substitution requests, as well as new specifications and maintain existing project specifications in product categories for Wilson/ Arcadia such as Interior Partitions, Sliding Barn Doors & Demountable Partitions.
Create awareness for the Wilson Partitions brand and products within the architectural, design, and specification communities through product samples, power point presentation programs, and appropriate literature. A minimum of 40 required per year.
Follow-up and report information a minimum of quarterly including project forecast and construction schedules.
Work with regional counterparts and territory teammates to identify and close cross-selling opportunities.
Grow the number of specifications year-over-year and close the sales through our network of customers.
Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
Manage all expenses within budget set and submit expense reports.
Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage business activities and maximize efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, business, and/or at least 5 years of sales experience, or equivalent industry experience (commercial sales within the construction or interiors space desired)

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000
