JOB SUMMARY:

Represent PVC in the local community as the on-site leader of affiliate CHB. Develop and expand relationships with brokers and borrowers alike and serve as the primary lending officer at the location. Promote CHB's image locally through involvement in civic and community organizations. Provide leadership and direction for the location staff, develop a team spirit, and inculcate pride and value in CHB and PVC products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Implement company policy, plans and procedures for all CHB departments/work centers and assure adherence thereof.
  • Work with all departments to review operations, advise on policy, coordinate business development, ensure adequate staffing, and administer personnel matters.
  • Review and analyze financial records, preside over and prepare reports for board meetings.
  • Analyze and advise department supervisors on function and efficiency of their department.
  • Lead development and subsequent monitoring of the CHB's strategic plan.
  • Monitor and coordinate the actions of all work centers and committees within CHB.
  • Coordinate internal programs; work with marketing entities for CHB public relations efforts.
  • Represent CHB and report to holding company committees as requested/directed.
  • Embrace PVC's centralized functionality and support-function departments.
  • Perform all other duties or a similar or lesser nature as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • REQUIREMENTS:

    Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
  • 10 years of full-time experience in equipment finance management or a suitable equivalent in other leadership/managerial positions.
  • Overall knowledge and functions of the commercial equipment finance industry and banking.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills (including telephone).
  • Effective in math skills.
  • General areas of competency: decision making, dependability, development, environmental safety, evaluation skills, interpersonal skills, prioritizing, problem solving, selling skills, team skills and time management.
  • Proficiency with credit origination systems and banking vendor IT platforms.
  • Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.


  • Physical Requirements:

    Moderate Work- exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to perform exterior or interior safety, operations and appearance tasks; and exert up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly, to move objects. Reaching, fingering, grasping, repetitive motions, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, talking, hearing, pulling, pushing, thinking, concentrating and interacting with others.
